Go to http://www.silkroadonline.net and then read the Euro Skills there...
In Euro you really want to specialise more keeping 1-2 mastery trees. This is because you often have to switch equipment to take advantage of a class (need a harp to cast bard spells, but you still need your xbow if you want to use your rouge attacks).

You arent supposed to mix and match anything. You choose one class and lvl up the skills and stuff for it. You can go cleric, bard, warrior, mage, warlock or rouge. You can dual class builds that work well together. For example, some people like making a cleric/bard build because they are both support classes. But lvling up two classes takes tons more sp and it's not really worth the effort imo.

Well pure str nuker wouldnt work well in euro neither. You go either pure INT or pure str, int for wizards and warlocks, possibly bards and clerics. Pure str for warriors and rouges. A warrior can still take bard or cleric as a 2nd mastery but not for the attacks but the buffs. But if you want a nuker do pure INT wizard
