a semi-serious problem...

I am having a semi-serious problem, here's a pic:

As you can see, the window that is supposed to show my character's face is pitch black.

This is not a serious problem but still, it annoys me a bit.

I heard rumours that you can fix it by going to "Options", i tried that but did not find it, any help?

I wish I had your problem... and probably so many others who can't install or can't log in after an apparently correct install or even two of them (like myself)

maybe it is a small problem, but i still want it fixed, its a bit annoying.

Have you tried updating your video drivers?

try taking your helmet/bandana off and then put it back in, worked for me =P
