Gaining SP after 80.99% ? Yes or No

Hi... I would like to know can players gain SP by killing mobs after 80.99% ? If not I have to buy SP Premium to boost the SP farming.

you simply dont gain experience points anymore which is needed to levelup because you're at the levelcap. you always gain skill experience points no matter what level you are or how small or big you mastery gap is.
