hes an unique there are no quest related to him.

My chinese friend kil lhim and hes 57

IMO people over lvl47 shouldnt kill cerberus its not fair for the lowbies.

Hell Cerberus is a quest mob. Yes you have to do all the linked quests.

You dont need to take the quests to kill cerebrus bt the qest gives you great amont of EXP
