I got Lvl 28 with my Chinese Chrac and didnt get one sos drop i got lvl 13 with europe i got my first SOS

why is yur quickslot and avatarface black?

Quickslot can be set to non transparent. avatar idont know. nice. sos seems to be more common in euro.
