quest. how to use holy water.

ive got a quest in europe where i collected horns in exchange for holy water to do the witch quest. i got the holy water but have no idea how to use them can someone help plz? thanks

Ok the stable is at/near the coordinates X-11466 Y-2771

At that location are the Stable Sentinels
Also to collect Filths go close to the stable doors and use the holy waters...
