Pot delay question Europe

For Europe, why is there a time that i have to wait in order to use another pot? Is there a way to turn this off back to normal like the china one?

Nope... It's a game mechanic... They have a 15 second Delay using Pots. It's like using Vigors every time... LOL!

No you can't turn it off.

Solution: Party with a cleric, that is what they were made for.

no there is not way of changing this it was designed to make ppl party
