Cleric group heal skill

Hi, my cleric has just reached level 20. I'm wondering which of the two group heal skills to choose:

Group Heal or Healing Division

What is the difference between them anyway? Thanks.

Group Heal - Eight targets

Healing Divison - Two targets, healing effect jumps from first target so second. Overall hard to calculate. Long range.
