Nuker Build help

Hi, i am a pure int s/s nuker, i currently have fire to lvl 73, lightning lvl 68 and bicheon to lvl 65, my build was going to be those 3 trees, but know with the improvements to ice, is it worth it to get rid of fire to lvl up ice?

how far getting rid of? (wait did that make sense lol) all the way? cos thats really expensive...
