problems with starting up, help pleas

Memory : Physical(511.0MB), Page(1247.8MB), Virtual(2047.9MB)
Graphic Card : HAL (mixed vp): MOBILITY RADEON 9600
Graphic Card Version : 6.14.0010.6396
Graphic Driver Date : 2003-12- 8 06:17
Build(exe) : [2000-00-00] [00:00:00]

does anybody know how to solve this?
everytime i want to start this occurs =S

I got the same problem, with different data (different PC, different Windows version, different graphics card...). It's the same window that used to appear when the client crashed occasionally before but it seldom (if ever) happened to me when starting (before Europe update).
