Any1 has weapon with crit,mag %, phy%, att rating down 1 point?

I tried to +5 my e-penis but it failed. Atleast it's still +4 from astral... nice and shiny... Crit is 17 (0%)... strength stone was hard to use. :cry:

sadly 6inches failed, no astral :(
