Compressing it isn't going to freakin help you at freakin all.

freakin uncompressed: 867 MB

freakin compressed: 866 MB

Just start freakin downloading from one of the many freakin sources.

anyway I'm getting the same error as someone else that posted, it opens a command prompt than closes 2 sec's later O.o and thats all it does O.o

As long as inspection is still going.. everyone has inspection notice. Thats kind of the point of it is to notify ppl when the inspection is.

On Windows 98, installing the client in the default directory results in a crash with error. After installing the client in D:\Games\Silkroad, updating, and running it however it crashes without any error after displaying the Silkroad logo in the middle of the screen. Reboot, restart of the game, etc. does not seem to help. Guess they still have a bit of work to do.

On a brighter note, after an initial crash, the game does seem to function on my Windows XP machine. 4.25 hours to go till we can play ... perhaps.

How can my client dosnt update the version. I just installed the update. Its now on 1.110 But dosnt update to 1.112..

Normally it sais: 'server name' ---> populated. But now it sais: 'server name' ---> check...

Can anyone tell me what I should do to solve this ?

That's because the servers are still in CHECK. Which means the INSPECTION is still going on... -.-

Its a pritty large file. So close some programs, and dont do anything until its fully loaded.
