IronWall or Ice Mana Shield, or both??

i heard a new book of ironwall is coming out and also heard of ice mana shield, my fire lvl 61, so u guyz think i should de lvl fire and add ice mana shield or u think new book of ironwall gonna be good enough for nukers?

btw im lvl 65 with skills as follows:
bicheon: 63
fire: 61
light: 54
ice: 0
hueskal:46

im gonna have to de lvl hueskal and add ice, then get Fire to lvl 60 and maX out ice, light, and bicheon to 80, is this good idea or should i forget mana shield n just stick with ironwall or should i get both?

help plz
