yeS you can deLevel mastery levelS...but thereS no point if your a lOw level...e.G. level 1x...casue it will cOst you more than you can afforD if your a new user...but if you want toO casue you SP farmeD then you can...but dont until your level 3x...cause thatS when your goin toO have a fair amout of money or you can wait until your even higher level...

Even though I hate your typing style I still agree with the contents. The curst heart quest will delevel your masteries, but at a large cost. If I remember correctly, it will cost you about 100k+ for about 10 mastery levels. I believe this varies depending on the skill and the level of the skill. Therefore, it is probably not practical for you to do this becuase of the cost. Also, why is it so important that you want to delevel it?
