Pure Str-Fire-Archer: Armor, Protector or Garment?

Post by kycO.o »

Which suit should a pure Str-Fire-Archer wear? I heard it should start off to be Armor then move on to Garment in the later levels. But why not Protector?

So: Armor, Protector or Garment?

because with garment, you are most agile. You hit faster and consume the least MP of the three protector types. However, I prefer protector for the balanced physical and magical damage :)

add*

Since in the lower levels, mp consumption is not that heavy since skills are not yet that hard on mp consumption, making the use of armor more preferrable in the early levels of the game. :D

Thank you. So you start off with using Armor, that I already know, but then when you progress in the game, Archers switch off to Garment? Just want to clarify things :).

it depends on your preference. This is the way i see it, and my reason for using protector:

> I would choose garment if my force is ice, since I won't get hit much often.

> I would choose protector if my force is fire, since I can't slow enemies down, I might as well prefer the extra physical defense of a protector. Also with the fire buff, i mastered the magic resistance buff (fire protection series?) wherein I have more defense against magic attack. :D I also mastered the fire shield (I always carry a shield with me in the inventory) to further reduce the abnormal status (e.g. slowed, forzen, frostbite, poisoned, shocked, burn). :D

Ok, thank you for your replies.

I will stick to armor with this build.
