New update on disconnection regarding Canadian sro player
There has been several Canadian players experiencing no connection from SRO client or SRO website, and according to so many coincidence which has showed that SHAW CABLE, the ISP in Canada, somehow fuc up with their network with Joymax or even other Online games in S.Korea, causes ISRO Canadian players using SHAW CABLE are unable to reach joymax server for more than 48 Hours, and now the problem HASN'T been fixed yet. No Connection to ISRO will be continuing until SHAW CABLE CANADA has done the investigation.
For those affected players, especially who currently have Premium tickets, I just feel sad about them. Joymax may not compensate with these players since its not Joymax mistakes, however its not even Shaw's business to pay back for their SILK either...because Shaw has no idea what "SILK" is...

Aww, poor little Canadian people.
Well, I guess it's just 2 days, so they shouldn't complain too much.

The problem is it's been MORE than two days. And I don't appreciate the "poor little canadian people" comment. If it was your ISP that wasn't working with a premium ticket I think you'd be stating something very different.

Almost like before when apparently ADELPHIA/TIMEWARNER cablle companies blocked SRO's DNS because they said it was corrupted...
Wasn't able to play for a few months... I kinda quit... LoL!

Shaw sucks, go with your local internet service, way faster and better customer service, too bad for crappy shaw users.

Just seems to me like dropping your ISP and reconnecting with a local seems all a bit MUCH just because you can't open your iSRO client.
But... then again... there
are significant lengths some people go through to play this game.

Shaw is used in western Candada only I think. When i was in BC and Alberta everyone had it. But wher I live most ppl use Rogers or Bell, so this doesnt bother me at all.

quit playing with half a gold ticket left before.
it's the same as buying a pizza eating some and not liking it, you wont finish it all because it cost you 20 bucks.
