Healer Build

Post by tatsusori »

I'm starting my first planned out build after starting SRO a week ago :D . What i'm planning on is making a healer/support that can defend at close range too. So far this is what i have planned:

5str:3int w/ a possible transition to 5str:4int
Max out force
Max out weapon
Lvl 70 cold (for physical defense as well as frost/freeze for stick sits.)
Lvl 70 light or fire
Garments for armor

I know this probably isn't a very good build, but hey, you're supposed to have fun with it right? Lol. I'm not sure if s/s, glavie, or spear is best for this build though, and weather or should use light or fire. And any insights on what i can do to further perfect my build?

start a euro character and make it cleric on tuesday.

those are actually healers lol, they only have healing skills like group heal, party heal, they can res up to 8 people at the same time, they buff other people.

its pretty cool you should try it out.

you still play on the asian side after lvl 40 :P

but yea i get what you mean, though id think clerics would be more effective healers since they can heal more and res more and buff people so they have more attack strength, hp, mp, etc and prevent people from getting burned, poisoned, etc

i know what you're saying. but i want to get some fighting in too. that's what i meant when i said healer/support lol.... but i should've cleared up what i meant by support more, cause i didn't want to necessarily say nuker. and i don't want to use a bow either because i want a close range wep in cause someone gets close and i'm forced to fight close range (or i guess i could just freeze/frost and run away and use bow).

from personal experience, you should use a blade and put every single point into strength.

they are the absolute hardest build to kill, up to the point where people dont even attack them because theyre just like a big rock standing there.

go pure str, blade, fire light bicheon and force.

and wear garmets for speed increase and mana consumption reduce.

The problem with healer in China is that it is not really needed. Most people can get though alright with potions.

The up side about healing is that, it disregards your magicall attack power. So you can be pure str and still heal pretty well.

it was the worst feeling ever knowing the fight would not end til i died.

As Fudge told...
I would say to you go:
Bicheon 80
Lightning 80
Force 80
Cold 60

Will be barely immortal with not too bad buffs and the medium imbue... and also the healer xD

Yours,
Len

cool, thanks for all the advice... oh, and dumb question, but what does increasing mastery lvl's do other than give you more skills? i know increasing lvl's for your wep make you stronger if you're using that weapon, but what does it do for element forces? does it make your attacks with that stronger or something? and if it does, how does it work for force?
