"Display driver igfx stopped responding and has successfully recovered".
Well, took me two days to find out, but after a bunch of research, i finally found out how to fix it. You have to manually install the updated driver, because many times, when i tried to download it from Intel, it would say that it wasn't the valid driver for my computer. But this is what you do. First, go to http://www.intel.com > Support & Downloads > Download > Graphics > Desktop or Laptop Graphics Controllers (depending on if you're using a desktop or laptop) > and then select your graphic card. To find out what kind of graphic card you have, go to Control Panel > System > Device Manager > Display Adapter. Download the appropriate driver update as a .zip file. Then, extract the file you downloaded and open up the installation_readme. Scroll down the instructions until you find manual installation. Follow those easy steps to manually installing your updated driver and enjoy your now working display driver
P.S. This site is what helped me fix my driver, so if anyone wants to take a look at it here it is http://www.itwriting.com/blog/?p=110
