All I know is that doing weights when your body isn't fully grown can stop your growth and cause other problems
besides, cardio is the only right way to burn body fat


so true,no matter what the people on this forum say,i wouldnt do too much.

a friend of mine,was pretty weak,but they didnt let him do much muscle training because he was still growing.

im 13 easiest way to lose weight is just play outside EVERYday
i play for a soccer team and i come home atlike 10:30
when i left at like 4
i lost 10 pounds now i weigh 135 pounds and im 5'6
and you'll actually have fun playing outside instead of working out which is boring

Breakfast:
2 pieces of bread
1 Can of Collard Greens
2 boiled eggs

Lunch:
1 can of Collard Greens
1 Hamburger Patty

Dinner:
2 pieces of bread
1 Can of Collard Greens
1 Hamburger Patty

Repeat daily...watch the pounds just melt away...

Well, lately.. I've been eating food with a lot of spices in it, with the occasional healthy-ish junk food type of stuff.

LOTS of mexican stuff. I've also been having chicken quesedillas from taco bell, and the chipotle bbq chicken wraps from mcdonalds.
I went to the doctor yesterday, and i've dropped some weight. She said foods with a lot of spices/seasonings in it tend to help process your food better and rpomote better health? I dunno, she's very into her traditional Indian food so I guess i'll trust her on that lol

Also, I sweatted my ass off at Warped Tour. I drank gatorade all day (which is in fact better for your body than water when you're doing a lot of physical activity) and I think I lost a bit of water weight there.
Sweating is good, d it a little more often :P

Not really, recent studies show that a proper diet can help you lose just as much weight as exercise...my earlier suggestion would definetely do that...if your not an active person (Couch Potato, Armchair commander, or live in an office cubicle) then you don't need a huge amount of calories for your body to run on...

Plus its cheap...

additionally, he sounds as if he wants to lose it quickly...so with my suggestion he'd cut down ~50 lbs in 2 or 3 months...
