What is the differnece?
Why can we talk about pk2editor, but not bot software?
Why can we talk about pk2editor, but not bot software?
Why can we talk in detail how to pk2 with the hex editor but now bot software? Both situations require changing code of the software that is not allowed by JM. It seems that if you can talk about one you should be able to talk about the other.

C'mon dude. If I take your question at face value, either you don't know what a bot is or you're not a very smart person, so I'll assume you were trying to make a different point and using this question as a rhetorical device. So what was the point you were trying to make?

Joymax have officially announced that botting is against the rules. Where as until they do the same with pk2 editing, we will remain neutral on it.
Wrong...

Since when has Joymax followed their own ToS? Last I heard, they could ban you for spamming chat. They probably havent even updated the ToS since Beta.

LOL It's not? Tell that to the guy that got banned for 100 years. Tell morningdew and JM also while you are at it because "PK2 editing is illegal" seems like they pretty much think it is.

It's not because JM and MD said that it's illegal then it's illegal.
What is "illegal"? "Illegal" stands for "not legal" or "against the law".
What is "law"? "Law" here is the ToS. As long as pk editing is not included in the ToS, then it's not considered as a law.

I don't blame them.
Not blaming them for not following their ridiculous ToS or just not blaming them at all?
PS: Fly, check you PMs

Actually no, because the PK2 file is technically part of the "client" because when you click on "download client" you are not only getting the .exe that says client, you are getting the whole file identified as "client" which inclued the pk2 file. Altering the client, which the PK2 file is a part of, is illegal.

If u can show me an article of law which is related to altering game file is illegal then I
In sro setting folder, files data can be change in 2 ways : editing in-game or out-game (using hex). So in this case, is altering setting game file considered as illegal?
