Error while loading silkroad 1/2CA something...

i get this error when i try to start silkroad,

ive tried updating directx, graphics drivers, tried disabling firewall.

none of it worked, help would be greatly appreciated

i got it, i just ran the compaq system recovery console and it fixed it!! yeah!!
