Contacting Joymax

Hello, I have been looking for the email address/mailing address of Joymax for a while. (Yes you imeciles, I used the search function but it's crappy). Anyway, I remember that there was a post about 2-3 months ago with the address, phone number, and email address.

I'm in a pickle.

I want to change my password, but I don't remember my secret answer. I remember it approximately...but not the exact spelling. (Human interpretation of my answer with the typed answer though would easily see that I know my secret answer). I doubt Joymax would be willing to do so, but it's worth a try...

Anyway, does anyone have a link to that post off-hand? Or know the contact information?

(It's amusing that on the site it says "don't hesitate to contact us" yet I can't...apart from a bug report).

(I'm at my 15 limit; 5 for home, 5 for the lab, 5 for dorm) 3 main accounts, 12 mules T_T

believe me, don't waste your time.

i have the same problem. i have a friend who works for JM in california. he basically said that unless i give him the EXACT secret answer, there's nothing that can be done.

if i had the exact answer, my password would have already been changed, and we wouldn't be having this bleeping conversation.

so you can try to follow up on it, but it's not gonna happen. sorry.

Oh yeah, I don't remember if you already changed your password or not, but I made a script to auto enter you username and email address, hit confirm, and bring you to the next window ready for your answer...if you want. It saved me about 8 seconds per attempt since I choose a stupid email to use...

(You can verify the script by just getting autoit and reading the script since you don't really know me)

I just believe that I've put a space and don't remember where it is since I wanted to be all leet and unhackable T_T

no wait, i have a friend irl that didn't have his secret answer and he got hacked, so he went to the sro official website and talked to the gm's and THEY GAVE HIM HIS ANSWER!!!! i was as suprised as he was lol, they actually helped him out
