'??????' to chinese leathers - plese help

instead of chinese leathers i get ?????? on CSRO and i,m unable to chande leathers to english... bcos there is no leathers at all... cud some one plese tell me wat shud i do...? and sorry for my bad english

You need to install the foreing enlgish pack. Go to congrol panel, language and regional settings.
