just wondering if there is any seervers out there that have increased xp and other stuff

nope. All the servers Xp and SP gain is still the same as always.

If you are talking about Private servers, then yes. A lot of private servers are being made right now. But I doubt anyone would really go to it. Since it lacks the resource the real sro has.
