Alright, some of you can just go to hell as far as I am concerned :) A bunch of god dam morons, I really don't care and no you god damn idiot I will not shut up.

I posted the warning for OTHER people not to use this CID and I really don't care what some of you god dam retards thinks :)

As for you castrate, I pretty much expected that awkward response from you knowing fully well something was wrong from the start with the fact you had pretty much copied and pasted the first guide but had added that trap with the CID. I do regret many people fell for that and I will always respond right away when I see crap like that happened, regardless of the few morons like defyance :)

And no castrate, I didn't "command" anything, I worded that the CID you had given was a very bad idea because people would use it, like me and others thinking it wouldn't be any problem. Keep in mind that, in the first time we all logged in cSRO we also had to write a bogus CID which we also knew that the system didn't detect good CID from bogus CID. I'm quite sure that many people who screwed their accounts up thought that there wouldn't be any verification system in place (someone told me she was able to tweak that CID yet others told me they couldn't tweak it at all).

And no, accounts were not lost, but the result is pretty the same since only 1 person can play at any given time.

As for the time limit, the work around was not so we could play more than 3 hours, it was so that we could come back and play again at a later time which wasn't possible if you wanted to play twice within that 5 hours time period. Also consider that many are over 18 thus wouldn't be affected by this "kid" restriction. But yes, you noted an irony which I noted for myself because I wanted to get rid of that time limiter I pretty much my account like others.

As for making another, the idiot that said that, I said earlier that it is currently IMPOSSIBLE to make another account you god dam retard.

flux, dun worry, chinese players are begging the company to let them change their CID again bcos many of them had used someone else's CID. I believe they will let you change your CID for one last chance. Just wait for the news ^^

And thank you castrate for hiding that CID. I still maintain that, for myself and myself alone, these are trash accounts, I can restart another one (not right now tho) until iSRO gets its butt together and update the freaking game. My thoughts were for every one else not to use that CID because they were doomed if they did.

If they do give another chance to change the CID, so be it, everyone will be able to return to normal play at least.

for the little poor poor flux ^^,

here is the official reply from cSRO GM,

Which means:

Hi all players,
This system is developed by Korea SRO department, they have never thought of this flaw when applying it to the chinese players. We have taken note of every comment made by the players. We have now contacted them about the incovenience it has caused and are negotiating with the staff there. We will try to find a solution asap. Sorry for causing all the incovenience.

Thanks for your support

errr... like... give us some freaking context there. What is that reply, was it is for, like you don't give us any context at all. They are talking about what exactly? The fact that the CID cannot be changed I'm presuming?

Oh and by the way... "poor poor flux"... could I remind you that you screwed up quite a few accounts? Like doh!

Nah, he told you guys not to use it. It's your own damn fault for just using it blindly.

And like I said above, somewhat of a poetic justice :P

Some Googling..

Image

(Took out some numbers.. 18 in all)

O Yes.. some more googling..

http://www.id5.cn

And I think this is the formula :)

The instructions for how to figure the checksum number on the page you’ve linked to kind of suck, but I figured it out.

Basically, you have two number strings, one of which is the first 17 numbers of the ID card and the second is a fixed string of weights (the “7 9 10 5 8 4 2 1 6 3 7 9 10 5 8 4 2″). Loop through them both, multiplying the digit from the ID card with the corresponding digit in the weight string. Keep a running sum of those results.

Once you’ve done that, get the modulus of that sum and 11. That is the index of the number from the second fixed set of numbers (the “1 0 X 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2″), with the first digit being index 0.

In PHP, it looks like this (using the ID number from the second-to-last photo you linked):

<?

$idnum = “413001196606230525″;
$weight = Array(7, 9, 10, 5, 8, 4, 2, 1, 6, 3, 7, 9, 10, 5, 8, 4, 2);
$valcode = Array(1, 0, “X”, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2);
for ($i = 0; $i > $sum += $idnum[$i] * $weight[$i];

}
$checksum = $valcode[$sum % 11];

?>

It works for that number and my girlfriend’s (the only two numbers I have access to right now), but I’m pretty sure I got the formula right.

Now if you’ll just validate my Nerd Pass I’ll be on my way…

Worked for me, the bar is now gray and there is no timer. You just need to use your brain a bit and the power of Google :wink:.
