launcher doesnt launch

i go to load silkroad then my launcher comes on. i click start then the little screen comes on with the picture then i wait for it to load and it never does it just stayes like that forever until u open the task manager then use that to close it because it's non resonsive. can anybody pls help me?

Have you re-installed silkroad, and make sure you have Silkroad Online Version 1.100

If that doesn't work, you might need to download the older version
