9d item drops on European Patch?

Will there be 9d item drops when euro patch comes? and if there will be, will there be 9d SoSun or until SoStar only? like the patch of 80 cap, SoMoon and SoSun drop from 70 monsters (i.e. nachals) while there were only up to SoStar items before it came. wanted to know so we will know when to sell sosuns and soms with still good price. i may have missed this topic in the forum. thanks.
