i need advice pls

Ok hers my problem, when i played sro i started out with a bow character and i thought that would be cool at first but i ended up being very bored with him and wanted to use swords
so now for the new version im going to go with swords, but i cant diside should i use 2 handed or 1 handed with a shield, iv read many things about people saying that 2 handed swords suck and im wondering if thats just opinion or do they really?
so what should i use? pls tell me ur opinion

2-Handed sword doesn't suck at all.

Here is a little comparison:

2-Handed Sword:
+ High Damage
+ Critical Increase
+ Increase in Attack Power
+ Good at pvp due to balance in damage and hp
+ Good at solo grinding
- Slow Attacks
- Due to the slow attacks get boring in pvp

1-Handed Sword:
+ High Defense
+ Block
+ Blocking Ratio Increase
+ Critical Parry Increase
+ Physical Defense Increase
+ Faster Attacks
+ Can Attack with Shield
+ Great Tanking Ability
- Low Damage
- Not very good in pvp, due to low damage
- Takes very hard at solo grinding

i still havent seen a topiscwhere it says 1h sword + shield owns all plus i havent even seen a 1h in on youtube owning people

i havents played csro or ksro so i cant judge personally whats better but i can tell u what otheres tell me
all i can tell you if 1h sword doesnt work for you switch to 2h sword or dual axes ftw!!
oh and also to me having a 1h with shield is like looking like a chinese character if i have a euro charcter last thing i want to do is look like a chinese character ( i mean by the weapon your using not the face or clothes and i know the shield and sword from euro looks diffrent than the one from china)
