PayPal limited my account about two months ago cause I received a couple of grands in business transaction payments .
All I had to do was fax in a government issue photo ID, recent bank account statement, recent utility bill, go thru the process phone # verification, etc. And within a few hours later, my account limitation was lifted.
Unfortunately, there's a boatload of criminals/scammers that use PayPal. PayPal is only trying to protect themselves. If you aren't doing anything illegal, I don't see why you wouldn't comply with their request. It ultimately protect you in the end.

+1 - have to agree with the concensus tho...it's wrong to sell an account. No lecture, but obvious lesson learned. It's also wrong to scam. At least it will give you the satisfaction of knowing no one else can play with the account & he won't be able to scam someone else.
Have fun being off of the 'road finally.

completely your fault. suits you right.
byeeeeeeeeeeh
You know what's even better? When people get hacked and it's "completly [his/her] fault. suits [him/her] right."
Who cares if it's against Joymax policy to sell your account; it is also illegal to bot, yet as most people would agree, there are a multitude of bots present who are afk for 24 hours or more and yet are never seemingly banned.
So, he wanted to quit, but reclaim some of the money he invested? What's wrong with that?
I need power level of a euro lvl 12 account. 200K per hour (oasis)
