Definetly sucks, lol, but thems the breaks. Alchemy can be your best friend or your worst enemy.

I had a 72 ring, clean. Used an INT stone, got INT 3. Used a 30% STR stone, got STR 5 and woot, assimilated the INT 3 --> INT 5

Just think, at least its only your 68 shield and not your 72.

I have been working on a +4 sos lvl 52 shield, trying to max my str I lowered my br to 14 :cry:

. So I feel your pain, br seems harder to raise then crit is in my opinion.

phew tried an ability stone got br back up to 16 i have learned my leason alchemy on shields with high br is not worth it
