Wrong skill now what ??

Hi,
Leveled a skill that i am not going to use kinda high up to lvl 17.
Is there a way to get the skill points back so the skill level gows to 0 again ??
Somhow ??

I dont mind the skill points cos i get a lot anyhow, but the lvl 17 bothers me cos there are about 300 lvl points to use so i would like them back to use somwhere else.

At lvl 20 you can do this quest for reskill.

Curst Heart Quest
