Hello. This is [GM] Tarky
In order to maintain a pleasant gaming and smooth gaming experience, we have denied you. You make the great addition to the team, but we need more retarded people then you. Yes, I'm using the spell check feature in Firefox just to make myself sound more professional. I am sorry, Lith.
PS, THOSE TWINKIES LOOK GOOD! XD

TRUTH4U wrote:Omg.. look what this thread ended up into… well I guess it was kind of obvious. The only people that would like to work for JM are the ones that either can’t get a better job or they are completely out of their mind.
Usually working for a game company comes with the pride of being part of something that tons of people enjoy. GMs are seen as carriers of justice, punishers of cheating and inappropriate behavior. Gamers look up to GMs, they are seen like gods.
But that is in most MMORPGs… in SilkRoad we don’t have GMs (I´m sorry but some dude logging 1nce in a while and saying; don’t share your passwords, there are GM impersonators, and don’t let others pay for your silk its not a real GM). Therefore that reflects in SRO community. Now days the community is:
- 80% (if not more) of the active accounts have cheated in some way, either gold buying, botting, scamming etc. So as long as they can make their way they don’t give a crap about the game. If it dies they couldn’t care less. But they see JM as the enemies that once every century can ban their accounts if they are unlucky enough.
- The remaining 20% hates the JM because they don’t do shit. In SRO the best players are never the ones that have skills and play more… best players end up being the ones that cheat the most.
If you don’t buy gold in servers like Xian or the rest of the older ones, which have surfed months and months of unpunished gold faming you can’t even play. The new servers are owned by bots that in 2 days reach lvl 30. Guess it’s not a problem when game guard not even works (yea check it out it only shows a load screen)… that proves that JM has thrown the towel… they gave up on their servers… they just assumed that bots will ever exist… they are not smart enough to overcome bot developers…
Therefore my question is why hiring a kid to do paper work? Why not hiring professionals with actual programming skills to do their jobs? Why not spending more resources in GMs that moderate the online community and not in so many in new servers? If you stack up all the legit accounts in SRO you wouldn’t need more than 1 or 2 servers tops. The worst part is that JM is completely aware about everything, botting, gold farming, scamming and web page spamming in towns.
So I guess what Im trying to say with mixed up ideas all unorganized is… guys stay away from JM as workers… you will regret it. Take Pred for example he has to hide his identity if not he wont see the end of the complaints. Sooner or later everyone feels horrible working to a project that no one likes.
For all the ones that are planning the come up flame for what I wrote … wait a second and think if anything of what I said is wrong. Thanks for your time.
