Need Sro help

okay at about lvl 64 i stopped getting quests every time i lvl up i would still get the golden scroll to give me the names of the people who had the quests but theres no option to start to conversate on any of the npcs ive reinstalled sro twice

Maybe u got the wrong NPC in wrong town. And remember that u cant talk to him if someone (obstacle) stands right in the middle between u and the NPC.

Some of those quests can only be given out during day time in SRO.

And given to a limit number of player a day.
