This means that:

EXP Auto share: - If there is a lvl 80 and a lvl 10 in the same party, and you guys are killing lvl 80 monsters. The lvl 10 will get a penalty in EXP because the monster is 11 levels above him, but the lvl 80 will get normal EXP.
- In the same party, if they are both killing lvl 21 monsters, the lvl 10 will receive a normal EXP ratio, but the lvl 80 will lose EXP because the difference in his lvl and the monsters lvl is greater than 11.

Solo Hunting - If the monster is more than 11 lvls above the players lvl, then the player EXP will be penalized.

Forming a Party - If the party members lvl difference is 20 or lower, the EXP will not be reduced.

Penalty//Penalized= Reduced EXP
