Questions about an Hybrid INT
Questions about an Hybrid INT
Well peeps im making a 85%mag balance naked hybrid and im using bicheon as my main mastery. The point is although i can tank pretty well even str its hard for me to kill them. Bicheon doesnt hurt that much and even my crits are low cause im hybrid. Was thinking about moving to heuksal and correct my build to a 2:1 int spear.
What do u think, should i wait and lvl up till 80 and get a good equipment and stick to bicheon or should i go heuksal 2:1 hybrid int?
Btw im lvl 58 with a +3 sword 77%mag krit 9, full sos set, and my mag with all my gear is 97% and got 4.3k hp.

I have played a 80% naked sword who is level 52. The crits are high, and the damage is good.
Obviously you will hit harder if you go spear, but.............. You will loose the block from the shield.
Are you fire, light sword?
Whats your gap?

Well it looks like your fully farmed, and a 5 gap shouldn't gimp you that bad. You should try to get more str and hp on your gear, but it sounds like tanking isn't your problem. The str though should help your crit a bit.
I would say try fighting without a shield and make sure you don't die to fast for your liking before you completely delevel your bichon skills.
Ill see if I can get my gf to post, its her int hybrid that I have played. She might have a suggestion for ya.

Go with spear.. but it'll cost you some farming as well as some gold or silks to delvl bicheon. Since you're hybrid you're lacking some mag attack power that a good spear can make up for. Since you've got ice, you've got some phys defense, also add str and stamina bonuses on your gears for extra HP and you won't get 1-hit by an STR's crit and could tank fairly well.
It'll be hard work switching from bicheon to heuksal tho! Good luck

Would say stay Sword. I had a INT hybrid using Spear till about 52. I decided to stop and switch Spear to Sword, because I couldnt survive PvP. Once switching it was a completely different story. With some alchemy, you can bring your Magic balance up much higher to get the magic damage in the higher numbers. The shield provides you with a incomparable defense, You will be quite suprised at the difference i think. I remember when I would be doing buffs and forget to throw my shield back on, It was shocking how badly i got hit. Also with a shield you have an extra piece of equip to add STR/INT to which would come in handy. So my vote is sword.

Add int ---> go sword. Theres no point spending all that money restating to another build when you could spend that money buying an awesome sword. I would add 6 int, then 3 int for every 1 str after that from here on. Good luck
McCain, he (Barack Obama) said, will soon "be accusing me of being a secret communist because I shared my toys in kindergarten."
This doesn't really prove anything cause I don't know the build and gear of the bladder, but...........
that lvl 52 hybrid sword with sos+5 sword did a quick comparison with a lvl 56 hybrid str blade with sos+5. The hybrid int critical on knockdown was noticeably higher then the bladders. Noticeable like over 1k difference.
I can tell you that the hybrid int was farming with 9gap with premium.
So while str does increase critical, it may not be the only thing that effects it.
Basically from what we do know the more int you add the higher your overall damage, and the more str you add the higher your crit damage.

hehe glavie. ^_^ sorry it toke so long, if you gave me the title it would have been easier to find.
I want to make sure that people understand adding str to your gear doesnt make you crit more, it rasies your phy balance which inturn increases your str damage, and since crit relie on your phy balance your crits will do more dmg. Nukes will NEVER EVER crit. lol
With that being said, I love my s/s nuker, I tried a som spear at my same lvl just to grind with and I kept dieing, please dont understamate the power of the block. Sure spear would give you that tiny % more dmg, but if your on the ground dead, that dmg increase isn't gonna help you much now is it?
