is monkey considered one of the items that allow you to always log in?

if yes, can you like buy one but not activate it [or when you buy it, it gets activated automatically?], so you can get into the game whenever you like

No only the premium gold ticket cost 200 silk allows you to long in whenever.

Or the Silver Premium Ticket. Same bonuses, except it only gives you 60% more EXP and SXP.
But no, nothing but the sPT and the gPT give you "preferred game access".
