not TG or kerebros.

kerebros doesnt spawn in stonghold (well not the bandit stronghold)

i think its yarkan or euro unique

its Lord Yarkan, its in some ksro event they get them quite often and the blue mob to that person is 78 or lower and is not yarkan as does not have a giant, champ or unique symbol under it
