In Cathy Scott's book "The Killing of Tupac Shakur" there is an autopsy photo of him that I have a copy of if you're interested. The photo is really graphic, but it is supposedly Shakur. The official autopsy report listed cause of death as Cardiac Arrest and Respiratory Failure if you're curious.

hmm i highly doubt that he's alive even tho i would love to see the man. Just one time ...but when i really think about if he was still around making music he wouldnt have had as many fans as he does mainly cus he would have ran outta things to rap about seeing how he rapped alot about his life and the poetry he wrote and as much as it hurts me to say it he would have eventually ended up being like every other rapper rapping about booty shaking garbage so in a way i think his death helped him. so no i dont think hes alive but IF he is i would love to see the man.

+1, how can you say he would ran out of things to rap about ? This world is far from perfect, and it never will be, so there will be always things to rap about. The guy is a god in making good lyrics, i mean just listen to Changes or Momma is just a little girl, these Lyrics are just god blessed.
