New character: should I build 70:70 Bow?

Now yes, right now hybrid bows arent doing really good in PVP, but not that bad either. Look at the facts, they won the damage contest by 10K, and their only weakness is the lack of defense, mainly because they have no kd or stun. But after the update comes wouldnt they be able to beat all types of bows, and most others, because they wont have the highest health, but they have the highest damage and most likely a stun. Please leave your opinions on whether the update will make 7070 bows PVPers, and does anyone know how long untill the update??????
