When you cheat on your diet what snacks do you like to eat? Personally I love m&m's. I love swedish fish also.

+1 I luv M&M's. But the most awful way of cheating is KFC/McDonalds. I've lost like 30 pounds recently but have regained half of that, just by visiting KFC like three times a week.

Simple Poll.
Brunette, Blond, or Redhead.
I think ALL of them can look good, but I have a favorite(though it changes sometimes :O)
There needs to be a PICK AN OPTION. Not just "oh all of the above".

The greatest part of your idea that a diet means eating less, is the reason why you guys are still scrawny. I too could eat whatever I wanted to eat, and I would LOSE weight.
Eat protien, workout. Don't eat shit. Then come to say why you arn't skin and bones anymore.

Jolly Ranchers or Starbursts. I don't buy them a whole lot, but when I'm really craving them, I go bonkers. Meep.
