Ok, so I plan to make S/s nuka cuz...well I wanna. But ya see, i've been reading through some posts and topics about nukas and how lotsa em are going for ice mastery and all, so I was wondering what I should do for my S/s nuka dude.
And uhm, before you bring up the 90 cap and shiznit, can someone tell me when thats even supposed to be implemented? And also if the new ice buffs that everyones splurging bout are actually coming out with the new Euro update. (And I mean like you're 100% sure it is, I dont wanna have my character flip out on the ice mastery and leave fire mastery in the hollows of hell if the new skills arent even coming for a while.)
So should I go...
Max Bicheon
Max Lightning (Use it as main imbue too)
Max Ice
Push Fire into a pit
Hm....what to do? (Sorry if something like this is already posted but yea, I wanted some specific answer for ma nuka man. You can do this to my head if you want, not much to lose anyway ----->
