i'm done downloading and seeding right now.. how can i make it to .exe file? do i need to rename it and put .exe after the name??

I tried, first and foremost you have to change the name in the file properties so that it says silkroadclient_blabla1.110.exe, because it doesn't have a .exe by itself. Once you double click on it, a grey box appears saying "Please Wait" After about a minute a message pops up saying "This is Silkroad online, this installer will not work till the European expansion is added, please have this client ready on the day" or something along those lines.

It should be in the folder you downloaded it too..

for uTorrent default is:

It says (Only Europe Version) and under that is an (Only China Version) so the Europe stuff won't have any china areas on it yet? And it's just a testing phase first to see hiow it goes or maybe to let people level up without all the chinese level 80's ks'ing all the monsters and uniques and being jerks, kinda like they did on the korean version?

If not, then what does only europe mean?

It means that they dont have a native English speaking person, and its just a misunderstanding, it will have both races so dont worry.

Mmm people, keep in mind that, if you change the name you change the HASH thus if you seed it, it only seeds your HASH'ed version of this file not the original file.

To seed this file, without any change at all is to seed the original file thus FULL protection against virus or malware. Any changes made to the file changes the HASH and this means that someone who d/l a different HASH isn't as much protected against malware.

By seeding this original file, Joymax was pretty smart because that protected the HASH. The problem of course is, after a while, many more different seeds will pop up and no one will be able to know which one is the proper seed. But as long as they d/l the link directly from JM, it will point to this unique HASH.

And no, don't split the file and put it on file front, again, no one is protected that way, if you don't know you have a malware installed in your computer and you do this, you distribute an infected file. Might as well simply seed and let others d/l the original file.

Yup, the very second the update come out, you are bound by your computer to activate this file.
