Annoying things about work

I think a fair enough amount of us have jobs for this to get responses...

Let's see where do I begin...

Tucking in my shirt because it's a little big, so I can never get it to look right. It really pisses me off sometimes.

Handling money is lame as hell.

When I take people's credit cards they follow me around like a dog thinking I'm gonna write down their # or some shit.

Everybody wants to be served first and quickly. When there are four people waiting, there's always somebody who's got to be least pleased, right?

People being rude and/or indifferent in return to my politeness with a smile.

People asking to use the restroom, just do it for fucks sake.

People use paper towels to open the bathroom door with and just leave the towel on the handle or on the ground, all AROUND the trash can but never IN it. Especially women. God damn women.

People throwing trash into the dirty rag bin outside for cleaning windshields.

People parking in front of the No Parking - Gas Station Only sign, especially the golfers, cos they get indignant.

PEOPLE COMMENTING ON OUR GAS PRICES, I HEAR IT MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY, EVERY SINGLE DAY I WORK. **** YOU. I don't set the prices, I just pump the damn gas.

People telling me "Just let me have 10 bucks so I can get to another station, hahahaha"...hahahaha **** yourself idiot I know why you're only getting 10 bucks. I finish peoples sentences when they say that.

People who can't speak english. I'm sorry but it's annoying when you're busy and trying to move quickly and you've gotta spell everything out with some dude from somewhere in Asia.

9/10 people who come in can't Farking drive worth shit, at least while trying to turn around or reverse in tight spaces.

People parking for gas in the middle of both gas pumps.

People saying "some gas :roll:

" after I ask them "how much can I get for you today?" - it happens ALL the time.

omg when ppl walk in and ask u a question that even a fucckin moron would know but then even if u answer it with a smile they'll look at u as if ur speaking a fuckin another language. then when kids walk in and ask u if they have a discount cus they see ur not to old ur slef it like yea right punk im risk my job for u b.itch ass move on. and when there a mofo whos bigger and ticker then u are ask u carry his stuff to his car ok fine ill do it then when u get to his car not even a thank u or nothing its like bitch i aint ur servent i did it outta the kindness of my heart atleast appreciate it ..and even tho were not supposed to when we do let sum one use the washroom they dont flush it or for the ladies who cant open there damn eyes and find the toilet seat covers instead use role after role of toilet paper to cover the seat */rant*

Finally, a thread where you can vent about work...

Bosses always have to have the last word. Something happens, you get called in, and they end up being wrong. But they always bluster and moan and groan, and somehow, ten minutes later, you end up getting a warning for it, and get yelled at. Ridiculous.

When girls put fresh bills in my banana hammock, it's scratchy against the skin. Especially if my dance routine is a rigorous and i'm sweaty - then the newer bills' ink will start to stain my skin.

I'm still going to school (Read: I'm supposed to go to school) so I can't have a full time job.
I got a paperround and I work in the local Chinese restaurant.

The annoying thing of the paperround:
When it rains. -.-
A wet paper turns into ewwy grey porridge and will fall apart when you stuff it into the mailbox of that old hag that ALWAYS complains.

Things that suck about working in a restaurant:
People who suddenly want to change their order....when I just arrive with what they ordered before.
People who only know junkfood and complain they don't like the taste. Then crash at the Burger King instead of a 3 star restaurant you *****!
People who *don't ask me how* manage to throw their food/drinks off the table. And I get to clean it up. >>
People who order a shitload of food and leave without eating even a quarter of it. If you want to order like you're a pig, then eat like a pig. I hate throwing away food.

Totally i hate working in a restaurant.... + Its my aunts so im geting watched 24/7 <__<

O yeah here are more stuff that i said and RuYi didnt say in her post

-Kids comeing inside asking for ice cream.... How the hell when i said 100 times its in the mini bar outside in the garden.....

-Ladys asking if the food is good,because they are on a diet... Hell how can i know whats good for them they can order ther stuff and i or the waiter give to them

-Drunk idiots or normal idiots try to put their tip in.... inside my shirt

-Drunk ppl that order a ton of meat and after they go pukeing in the toilet

-Idiots that try to drunk me so they could get my shirt off....

-Old ppl o younger calling me baby and watching all the time in my a$$

-When they complain how the waiters were not nice to them,because they were slow... And the poor guys run all day...

-Again about the waiters..... Girls flirting whit them... They can have an life but asking them to do wierd things is anoying..... I dont work in a strip bar for old ladys...

-Freaks asking for loud music.... Its an restaurant not an disco

-Guys that start fighting inside... Get out and they can do what the **** they want....

-Persons that oreder and after they say that they didnt....

-12 year olds asking me to go out whit them or any other girl around.....
Lol that really happend... It was my turn to be at the bar and the kid whit no parents.... About an 12-13 year old came and say "hey sweet hearth"
I was totally ignoring him.... Then after he was "Hey do you want to go out whit me" I was totaly ffs jeark off kid... And the other day he did same whit an another girl.. But she hited him he didnt even dare to come in again....

-Last thing is..... I dont stand girls that come around and talk how some ppl look ugly,some are idk fat and when i hear something about me i go all.... I almost kicked one girl because that...

Customer's who pull up and have to wait a min or so for me cos I'm busy, and they're all agitated and grumpy about it...yet they don't have their gas tank popped open, nor their money ready. :roll:

People who pull up while on the phone and just keep me standing there, waiting, till they finish. I usually walk away and go back inside till they're done.

When I have somebody visiting and hangin out and a customer pulls up after it's been sloooowww before my friend was there. :roll:
