Chains for Int. Sword?

Post by Degrees »

I was wondering, should a pure int. sword get the bicheon chains? The way I see it is if KD fails then what? Wouldn't that be the perfect situation for a chain while you wait for your KD to regenerate? The reason I am asking is because I have NEVER seen a pure int. sword use a chain, only bladers.

Basically, chains for pure int. sword Y/N?

It would work, Its just It runs down your durability down really fast..

I wouldnt recommend it in PvE, but for PvP, I use it all the time to make sure my oppenate(Spelled wrong :P ) can't use his potions.

Follow it up with a kd equals kill.

Nuke,Chain,Kd. Maybe a lion shout if hes not dead yet.

AFAIK, each KD works on certain levels. Say I am capped fighting a capped player book 1 KD wouldn't work.

Does more damage than a chain and takes barely longer, also, bk 1 KD will work on a level 80. FYI.

I thought the reason people get all of the KD books was because they only worked until the level of the next book. I guess I am wrong.

Why wouldn't it? Every seperate book of kd can be used 1 after another, if you have book 2/3 you can just use those 2 1 right after another(considering your failing everytime)

The reason people get every KD book is to spam it, they work at every level.

chains not effective for pvp ... unless ice imbue.

chains are so-so for pvm ... a lion shout or lvl 1 book 1 of crosswise smash or even a lvl 1 book 1 soul cut usually does the trick better than a chain ... imo.

Your wrong. :P Also why would you want to slow down the fastest leveling build in the game by using chains for pve instead of nukes...

Are they practical? Not really.
Do they look good? Best in the game.
Should you get them? If you want to farm more sp, go for it.

Why would you want to do chains in PvE...

Just use Nukes to 1 Hit Red Mobs.

Chains will run your durability down really fast, which means it'll be breaking really quick in PvE.

I still love chains in PvP, but it's up to you guys, I use them in my stragety, and they work.

Here's the deal. I've been pure INT heuksal/bicheon/light/cold in the past. I've had cold imbue too, besides thunder. In PvP chains + cold imbue = death at lower levels. Favorite strategy nuke+chain+chain * switch to spear* + ghost prince.
Carry your cross, and I'll carry mine.

well the chains are for PvE, and not good for PvP, due to it doesnt deal enough damage or that u wont stay alove , so i recommend getting it to PvE.
