seeing how Chrisitanity was formed from the belife system of jewdisem and the Roman empire...like wise Islam was formed form and shares comman traits with jewdisem and christianity.

and likewise my own religion Sikism is am mixture of Hinduisem and Islam.

I mean religions dont magical appear, people take the good from different
belifes and make new ones.
like take christmas....was orignally on in March, when jesus was meant to
be born (follow jewish calander), but was changed to the 25th and the
then Christians in England forced the Pagans to worship Christ, well they
did...but in their own way....and so Christmass was born (but now its all
about this 3 wise man gift shit and helping others, well in reality its a pagan winter
celebration).

Which means that religion is just a supportive crutch to help, guide, and provide encouragement to people throughout their lifetime. It gives some a deeper sense of purpose.

There is no God in my opinion. :)

I wish I could watch Youtube vids here. I'll check it out sometime.
Peace.

I think the 3rd video...part 3...is the most important out of all of them...I never trusted banks and i always knew the world was run by a group of old white guys sitting in an office somewhere but i didn't know how much control they had....again im going to have to check the fact but if what this video suggested is true im just a little more on edge....

And too the people who say, "OMG NOT TRUEEEEEE!!!!111111one!1!1!1LYARS!" well the truth is 95% is truth, and some people just say it isn't true because they don't want it to be true, therefor they go in denial. :)

I agree with several points on this video.
For those of you who dont know I'm a Christian. (not to be confused with catholic.)

1. Regarding the Catholic church. The catholic church was, and still is(although not to the same extent) very manipulative and corrupt. And infact killed off many people trying to get the bible into a language regular poeple could read. I think Christians should tell people about their faith, but not force their morals on people. For example: I'm not gay. For me personally it's wrong to be gay, however, it's not for me to decide whether or not it's ok for other poeple. That's not my place. It's a decision between God and the individual. I think the church controlling people is the opposite of what he intended.

2. I laughed as much as everyone else at the dinosaur part. I see no reason why God couldn't have created microevolution. Why wouldn't God make his creations adaptable to their surroundings? What evidence do we have that the creation process didn't take millions of years?

3. The part about the Flood. The fact that many different pagan cutlures have documented The Flood makes my belief in it stronger.

And why does Christianity having similaritys to different religions make it a fraud?

Your answer:
fraud (frôd) pronunciation
n.

1. A deception deliberately practiced in order to secure unfair or unlawful gain.
2. A piece of trickery; a trick.
3. a. One that defrauds; a cheat.
b. One who assumes a false pose; an impostor.

B/c christianity took from previous religions, not just some but a lot, it makes them a fraud.

its not so much that christianty took the ideas from other cultures...the video showed almost every religion with those same ideas what makes christanity fraud is that they put up the front that they are the origin
of these ideas....only because they claim any other religions claiming of there ideas false makes them liable for fraud imo

As far as i'm concerned, Christianity is total crap. Yes, i'm targeting them because it's mainly what this thread is about. There were no traces of Christianity until about 100 CE, whereas Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, taoism, and Confucianism all were major religions long before it was ever dreamed up.

I want to keep this as an open discussion. Do not flame. Respect my point, as I respect yours.

Let's take a look at the church-state problem from another perspective.

Jesus was crucified in around 33-35 A.D. The church flourishes for about 300 years. Then comes the year 303. Constantine the great declares Christianity the official, only religion of the state.
Thus, he uses religion to better control the people. It's clearly a political move, rather then an authentic salvation.

This is where the downfall begins. A large part of the church begins to blend with other religions. The orthodox church (Greek catholic) clearly has a major component that does not derive from the authentic Christianity, preached by Jesus of Nazareth.
But here is my point. Not all of the church becomes part of the state, and blends in with other religions.

16'th century - A.D. Martin Luther, Jean Calvin and Savonarola initiate the Reform in the church, refusing to obey the pope.
The reason is simple. The roman-catholic church is led by the pope. The pope has a coronet on his head.
The text inscribed there is: VICARIVS FILII DEI . Do you know what that means? Placeholder of the son of god.
This is total blasphemy. That's why the Reform took place.

Let's check on another thing. This is mere coincidence, but let me show you something.

VICARIVS FILII DEI - Take the letters as roman numbers, and sum them up.
5+1+100+1+50+1+1+1+1+500 = 666.

The real Christianity does does not stand in one church or another or in one cult or another.
I will not explain the rest. It has probably been told to you already. Lexies posted that above. It's short, but it has been posted with a certain air of irony. I will not flame anyone him, her or anyone for their religious beliefs. Neither should they.

Please keep this an open discussion.
Carry your cross, and I'll carry mine.
