Prices..?

Ok so correct me if im wrong but today i seen a lvl 64+5 SOM bow crit 10 int 3 str 4. Magi att 50 phys 50.

It was 700 Million. So lets say you buy the gold, its aaprox $40/1m
so for 700m your looking at over 200$...

I mean yes i buy silk but 200$??!!!?!?!?!?!

Is that a reasonable prices or am i just rambling about unecesary things to get up my post count

Price is a lil 2 high but it's not impossible to make that amount of money without buying gold..

it is possible, a friend of mine is lvl 60 and allready has 150 mill just by drops and stuff. And if you are a diehard trader you can make over 1 mill a day just by trading

. And ofcourse you ahve to be lucks on te SoX drops

I honestly don't understand why, if you have more than 500M, people think that you're a gold-buyer. I can make 30M on most nights, easy, just by looking through stalls. Buy a L64 SoS for 120M here, resell it for 128M...
It adds up. You just have to be patient, and wait until there's someone that'll buy it. I've learnt that there are always people who are desperate enough to buy a weapon, even if its overpriced. Hell, I do that all the time, right when I reach the next tier of weapons.
Trading is for the noobs still playing in the little leagues.

Other than that, 700M for a SoM sounds about right. Some of you, though, like E40 and even the TS, sound like you buy gold / bought gold / are thinking about buying gold to me. Just want to remind you that if you buy gold, you're indirectly contributing to the bot problem.
It's people like you who buy gold, and then come onto these Forums and whine about how there are so many damn Bots.

Agreed. And would only add that you really need to follow the market closely so you don't get burned. Know your prices. If you pay attention and put a little time in (like 45 mins a day), you can easily make 100M in a month.

reading all your replies, 100mill per week easy? lol easier said than done.

alot depends on whether you have a stall char. few ppl without multi-client bot have the luxury of having 1 or more separate pcs to stall while they grind their main char. for normal players, every hour out there grinding=every hour lost in stalling.

having a separate simultaneous stall char while you are out grinding makes A LOT of difference.

yes there are billions of botted gold , everyone gets a part of that money.
sox weapons are highly priced because the bots are lazy and they wanna get their weapons fast . so they pay whatever...

the gold botting companies have a lot of drops that they need to get rid off , like the 20 piece packs of tablets that are stalled in town , they even sell 5000 piece element pack , is just a matter of not being lazy and check shops all the time , u will eventually get mispriced stuff or someone that just wants his money fast

It is possible to get 700m of gold, but it takes time.
My hint is that rather than grinding 7/11... All you need to do is pay more attention to the market. When you stall, don't just set up your stall n go afk. Stay for awhile, look at what ppl WTB & WTS and at wat prices. Look at stalls and observe what ppl r selling and what they price it at. Sooner/later you will get an idea on the economy. Then you should start to buy things that you think is cheap and sell it at a better price.

These are the items that i resell most:
1) Elements
2) SoS
3) Items with good stats n blue which ppl sell cheap

dunno about the reselling...
i only have a good idea on prices of all 8th degree stuff.
let's say i see a level 60 shield +3 for 2 mill then i have no clue whatsoever if that is cheap or not... And by the time i find another stall with a simular shield it's either sold or the guy isn't stalling no more.

I wonder how you guys will become rich once the market update will take place... Everyone will see of each object what the lowest price on the server is...

it isnt that hard guys... nearly noone knows the value of the most things. example: i just saw a som+5 bow (16) last night. it was @ 35m. i just bargained a bit, and bought it for 29m finally. set up a macro on my G15, spent ~ 5 minutes shouting and sold it for 40m.

it isnt that hard... i completely pimped an armor AND a garm set 3rd tier 8, 2 accessory sets, all +5 with nearly max blues. i got 3 fully pimped 72 weps. and i did __NEVER__ buy gold. its just understanding the business... all the stupid 24/7 bots dont know the market, and its easy to sell overpriced items nowadays.

just spend an hour in town and you can make so much gold.. buy a bunch of str tabs, sell em for 200k more, it adds.

I made 100-150m a week, no multi client, 1 pc, 3 hours grinding a day, and stalled as much as possible. it's really not hard, like someone said before, even if you buy something for x amount and sell for x+100k~ it eventually adds up, especially if you buy and sell in bulk.
