help with csro plz!!!

i wanna test out euro on csro first, and I am trying to use the guide on how to register ur acc, but the stupid thing wont work. After i type in the information and click create id, it comes up with some sort of error or something. It wont let me continue. In the error it says something about the 19 random digits i think. The CID thing. btw what is CID? and y wont it work.. In the guide it says type in 19 random digits.. which I did, and it still didnt work. I tryed tons of different numbers

Anyone know how I can do it?

Also, did you type in Chinese the parts they want you to type in Chinese?

Step 4: Hex Editing Into English

You will need a hex editor
Download Link

Open your cSRO Media.pk2 file in HexEdit. Hit CTRL+F to bring up the search dialog. Make sure
that the "Data Type" dropdown is set to "ANSI String". Now in the "Find What" field type in "Chinese"
Click "Find".

Look to see if what you found resembles the screenshot below. Once you are at the right spot, note the file size in the lower right of the window.

Press the Insert key on your keyboard or double click "OVR" in the bottom right of the window to switch to insertion mode. Clear the "Chinese" and type "English" in it's place.

If you did everything right, your file size should be the same as it was when you started. Check it in the lower right of the window to be sure. If it is not the same, you probably did something wrong. If it is the same, you can go ahead and save the file and exit out of HexEdit.

If it worked thx... and then do i download the client using the links u gave me below? which link you think i should use, if I did the direct download from the sro site? which one is the best for me?

Why do people say that you have to type in your name in Chinese, I don't get it.

When I made my account I put it in Latin alphabet and worked without problems

lol ok im at the part now where I change the "Chinese" to "English" in the hex editor... Im having one problem though When i go to the find.. and i type in Chinese and all.. It comes up with this:

So sence it didnt work, I actually tryed finding it manually by scrolling down.. It took forever.. and I never found it. Can anyone help me with what to do now? Man i was so close to playing euro

You are opening the wrong file in HexEdit.

Before you run HexEdit, you need to double click that SROChina_rar_E1103.exe file that you downloaded. That download is the cSRO installation program. Run it to install cSRO. After it's installed, use HexEdit to open c:\Program Files\Silkroad\media.pk2 so you can change "Chinese" to "English" as per the instructions.

As for the Chinese characters you need to use for your "chinese name" on the registration page, I just copy/pasted 2 chinese characters randomly from the registration page into the box and it worked fine.

Man i got it hex edited and all now... but now theres another problem. when i choose my character, and press the continue button nothing happens. It doesnt create it. I dont know whats wrong now.

That's werid, I tried to type in alphabet and it doesn't work I get the following error.

For those of you who can not read Chinese, it says "Type real name with Chinese Characters"

Why don't you take your head out of your ass and look at where I got most of my post count? Character & Skills and Questions & Answers. Guess what I was doing? HELPING PEOPLE, which is more than you can say for all 2xx of your count. Granted, my methods are not always nice but they point the people in the right direction.
