hope you can get your account back... its sad to see this happen, especially because your only here to help people and thats the only reason you got caught out.
On the positive side tho its a message to all other legits to regularly check thier computers.... it doesnt just happen to botters.... im off to scan mine now, peace.

Don't download any crazy programs from random people/websites and you will be ok. The keyloggers/viruses don't just magically appear. :p

Good luck mate. Hope you can get your account back. One of my friends was just hacked too... he got a keylogger in his system, we're not sure how.
He quit....

the offender will never admit openly to the deed. he surely knows a huge portion of the server would be on his ass in a second. not to mention more than a few white hats. soon as he gets the account secured most of the legits on the server are waiting to donate gear and gold. myself included. dont be surprised if he ends up with several hundred mill worth of stuff. maybe even more than he lost.

I agree it sucks badly, people that are legit dont deserve this. But if JM did do things a bunch of idiots would ruin it for everyone

Hey Sui, sorry to hear about your loss. That really does suck and I wish no one had to go through it, especially someone that has given as much to the game and community as you have. I have some stuff on Xian that I can donate too, but make sure you do a reinstall before changing your password and secret answer. Glad to see so many people giving their support.

i had some silk left on the account. they used it all. so i don't think they charged any silk.

i'm sure you already know, but i just want give some reminders on damage control.

1. Have you spent all your SP?
2. Can you stay logged in 24x7 or secure help from someone's spare pc while you sort out how to change pw?
3. If all else fails, standby to chargeback on yourself.

unfortunately i cant think of any way to prevent yourself from murdering. anyone got any idea?

sorry for your loss man, i saw the global yesterday too. seems to be in turkish. i guess this gonna cause hateturks+1
