Sro Guild Logo Bug

It's been like 1 week now since we uploaded a new logo on sro and still it is white....
I've seen many more guilds with a white logo with the same problem, seems like a bug 2 me.
And yes it is 16x16 BMP

go complain on the main site and somthing will probally will be done then i beleve sparta has no problem currently. make sure its 24 bit in size or it wont work. :!:

Actually, if it isn't named right, the item won't work. It will tell you that it isn't named properly. Second, its supposed to be named guildmark. If you put the .bmp, it won't work.

To the topic creator, it probably is a bug. Most of the time it takes a few mins to load the pic, but if it is still a white square for as long as you said it has been, you might want to make a post on the official forums, although I doubt that will do anything.
