i cant change ksro languadge into eng , wen i try using that hex thingi , it dosnt alow me to chose chinise and instead of chinise leathers i see alot of '?????????????' , i have no idea wat do cos idont undearstand a thing , is me having vista windows have anything to do with it...? (sorry for my bad english) if u can , plese say wat shudi try doing , thank u
